As an Office Manager at BALI SENANG, you are the quiet force that brings the team together. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and in a structured way. You are the right hand of management, the point of contact for international colleagues and local partners, and the guardian of our core values: calm, reliability, and connection to Bali.
What you will do
Office Operations
You oversee daily operations: office supplies, cleaning, security, and small ad-hoc challenges.
Listing & Document Management
You ensure new villas are fully and correctly listed in our CRM and on the website. You also manage legal documents such as lease agreements, NIB, IMB, and other government documents.
HR Support
You assist with onboarding new team members, manage attendance records, and support internal communication.
Client Hospitality
You welcome clients to the office with warmth and attention, making them feel immediately at home with BALI SENANG.
Who we are looking for
Organizational talent
You maintain overview, even when plans in Bali suddenly change.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years in a coordinating or supporting role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
Culturally aware
You understand the local work culture and communicate respectfully and effectively with Indonesian colleagues and suppliers.
Tech-savvy
Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media are your tools.
Proactive
You see work before others do and anticipate the needs of the team.
