As a Real Estate Advisor, you do more than assist with a purchase. You help people find a second home. A place that feels right. Senang.
What you will do
Advising
You guide primarily European investors in purchasing leasehold and freehold properties.
Networking
You build long-term relationships with local developers, landowners, and legal partners.
Viewings
You organize both physical and virtual tours of villas and investment projects.
Negotiating
You handle price negotiations and safeguard your client’s interests.
Guiding
You stay involved through to the final transfer, ensuring every step is handled carefully and transparently.
Who we are looking for
Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or high-end sales
Independent and well-structured
Fluent in Dutch and English
Willing to live and work in Bali (with the proper documents, such as a KITAS)
Culturally aware and trustworthy
Commercially strong, yet always people-focused
You understand that in Indonesia, trust is everything. An agreement is an agreement.

Vacature: Office Manager
Employment: Full-time

Why this role exists
As an Office Manager at BALI SENANG, you are the quiet force that brings the team together. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and in a structured way. You are the right hand of management, the point of contact for international colleagues and local partners, and the guardian of our core values: calm, reliability, and connection to Bali.
What you will do
Office Operations
You oversee daily operations: office supplies, cleaning, security, and small ad-hoc challenges.
Listing & Document Management
You ensure new villas are fully and correctly listed in our CRM and on the website. You also manage legal documents such as lease agreements, NIB, IMB, and other government documents.
HR Support
You assist with onboarding new team members, manage attendance records, and support internal communication.
Client Hospitality
You welcome clients to the office with warmth and attention, making them feel immediately at home with BALI SENANG.
Who we are looking for
Organizational talent
You maintain overview, even when plans in Bali suddenly change.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years in a coordinating or supporting role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
Culturally aware
You understand the local work culture and communicate respectfully and effectively with Indonesian colleagues and suppliers.
Tech-savvy
Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media are your tools.
Proactive
You see work before others do and anticipate the needs of the team.
